What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently by:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Performing preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Diagnosing equipment failures and responding quickly to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintaining motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, process systems, and other production equipment.
  • Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
  • Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performing welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
  • Following all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and other industrial safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and power transmission systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with VFDs, servos, and three-phase electrical systems is a plus.
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Technical degree or maintenance certifications are beneficial but not required.
