What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently by:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Performing preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnosing equipment failures and responding quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Maintaining motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, process systems, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
- Assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performing welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
- Following all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and other industrial safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and power transmission systems.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Experience with VFDs, servos, and three-phase electrical systems is a plus.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Technical degree or maintenance certifications are beneficial but not required.
