**Industrial Maintenance Technician: Monticello, WI

**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining and improving equipment efficiency, and supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Troubleshoot, repair, and identify root causes of machine deficiencies.

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including primary and control circuits.

• Assist in new equipment installation and setup.

• Monitor machinery during production and suggest process improvements.

• Maintain machinery per specifications and provide operational insights.

• Work closely with fellow technicians and production teams to enhance efficiency.

• Offer alternative solutions and improvements to enhance equipment performance.

• Ensure a food-safe production environment by adhering to GMPs, HACCP plans, and SQF Level 3 compliance.

**Skills & Experience:

**

• **Education

  **: HSD, required

• **Experience

  **: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, required

• **Knowledge:

  **mechanical and electrical maintenance experience & the ability to read & interpret blueprints, required

• **Software:

  **Microsoft Word & Excel, required

** $26.00 - $36.00/hour (depending on experience and expertise)
