Do you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with your hands? We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support leading manufacturers throughout the Milwaukee and Madison metro areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment

  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues

  • Support equipment improvements and upgrades

  • Reduce downtime by identifying and resolving problems

  • Work with maintenance and production teams to keep operations running safely

Experience That’s Valuable

We welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Industrial or manufacturing maintenance

  • Mechanical and electrical repair

  • Controls, automation, or PLC troubleshooting

  • Robotics and production equipment

  • Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or packaging systems

  • Facilities maintenance or equipment reliability
