Do you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with your hands? We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support leading manufacturers throughout the Milwaukee and Madison metro areas.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
Perform preventive and routine maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues
Support equipment improvements and upgrades
Reduce downtime by identifying and resolving problems
Work with maintenance and production teams to keep operations running safely
Experience That’s Valuable
We welcome candidates with experience in:
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Mechanical and electrical repair
Controls, automation, or PLC troubleshooting
Robotics and production equipment
Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or packaging systems
Facilities maintenance or equipment reliability

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment
Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
A commitment to safety and quality
A willingness to learn new equipment and technologies
A high school diploma or GED is required. Technical training, certifications, apprenticeships, or military technical experience are welcomed but not required for every opportunity.
