## Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
