Industrial Maintenance Technician - Automation Equipment
📍 Lincoln, NH | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) | $3.50/hr Shift Differential | Temp-to-Hire
Do you enjoy building, repairing, troubleshooting, and improving machines? We're looking for a hands-on technician to help build and support custom automation equipment used in advanced manufacturing environments.
In this role, you'll work alongside engineers and experienced technicians to assemble, wire, test, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery that may include robotics, sensors, packaging systems, feeders, welding equipment, and other cutting-edge technologies.
What You'll Do:
✅ Assemble and build custom automation equipment
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
✅ Read blueprints, drawings, and machine layouts
✅ Work with sensors, motors, VFDs, pneumatics, and automation components
✅ Help test and improve equipment performance
✅ Collaborate with engineers on exciting automation projects
What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, machining, mechanics, or industrial environments
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Experience working with tools, machinery, fabrication, assembly, or equipment repair
✔ Interest in automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing
✔ Technical training or Engineering/Technology degree is a plus
