Maintenance Technician | $27–$31/hr | Lafayette, IN

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing facility. If you have experience with electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, this is a great opportunity with competitive pay and a stable schedule.

Pay & Schedule

• $27–$31/hour (based on experience)
• Set, flexible schedule
• Training on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Repair pneumatic hoses
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Perform facility maintenance and repairs
• Complete safety projects
• Perform blade changes and routine maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs
