We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced Maintenance Technician to manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance at a busy manufacturing operation. This is an independent role that requires someone who can work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative. A strong mechanical background is essential, and experience with electrical maintenance is a major plus.
Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including saws, staplers, conveyors, and air compressors
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Work independently to identify maintenance needs and carry out repairs without oversight
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, and general facility upkeep
Monitor parts inventory and order supplies as needed
Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report progress to leadership
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of facility needs
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certifications are a plus
Electrical maintenance experience (wiring, panels, controls)
Welding and light fabrication
Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
Forklift certification
