The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, continuous production.
The role works across mechanical, electrical, PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while performing preventative maintenance, supporting equipment reliability, and addressing recurring equipment issues.
The mechanic follows all company, OSHA, LOTO, PPE, GMP, and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities also include documenting maintenance activities in the EAM system and supporting 5S standards.

What You'll Be Doing
The ideal candidate has industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, and industrial electrical systems is preferred. Food production or similar manufacturing experience is an asset.
Candidates must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and overtime, including weekends, Sundays, and holidays as required.
Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week, with one additional overtime shift as required.
