Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Irwin, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping production running smoothly.

Shift:

Monday – Friday | Daylight hours (exact start time discussed during interview)

Job Duties of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment

• Start machines and observe mechanical operation to evaluate efficiency and identify issues

• Inspect, test, and examine machinery, equipment, and components to ensure proper operation

• Disassemble malfunctioning or defective equipment and reassemble after repairs are completed

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Assist with basic electrical and wiring repairs as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required

• Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment

• Ability to read blueprints and basic electrical schematics

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
