Summary/Objective
The Industrial Maintenance Technician must maintain the day-to-day operations of the facility and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the machines and equipment on the plant floor under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. This position will be responsible for keeping production machines operating on all shifts at maximum capacity with minimum downtime in order to maintain overall efficiency and productivity. The Industrial Maintenance Technician must follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and complies with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements

Most of the work will be performed in manufacturing facilities where the noise level may be loud, and the temperature is uncontrolled.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The job requires exerting 50 to 100 lbs of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 lbs of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 lbs of force constantly.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Other Duties
This is a full-time position with 8-hour work day time schedule/hours, but the employee must agree to a variation in work schedule/hours and overtime as well as being on-call occasionally. All overtime is mandatory and could be required on short notice.
