Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Hartford, WI. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, including extrusion machines, flexographic printing presses, and conveyor systems. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including extrusion machines and flexographic printing presses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment malfunctions.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment for 5+ years (preferably with converting, extrusion and/or printing equipment)
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and conveyor systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus.

Wage:

• Based on experience ranging from $30 - $39/hour

• 2nd Shift offers shift differential: $4/hour

**Hours- 2nd shift **

• Mon-Thurs | 3pm - 1am and Friday | 12pm - 6pm
