Job Description

Pro Talent Group, a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, is hiring a **full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician **for a local manufacturing company in Greensburg, Indiana. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of production and support equipment.

**Salary: **$30–$36 per hour + $2 shift premium

**Shift: **2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Position Overview:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production and support equipment. This role requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production and support equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Execute scheduled repairs and improvement projects as directed by leadership.
• Train production employees and fellow technicians on equipment operation and care.
• Assist with installation and relocation of machinery.
• Perform minor fabrication, modifications, and installations of fixtures and guards.
• Operate tool room equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Adhere to company safety, 5S, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• **Associate degree **in Industrial Maintenance preferred but not required.
• Minimum **eight years **of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced training in Hydraulics, PLCs, Industrial Power, and Machining.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using computer systems to navigate maintenance records and find relevant information.
• Must be willing to work off-shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights of **45-50 feet **in aerial lifts.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, under, inside, and above equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and cranes.
