Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to CNC Machines. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
