What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Repair, rebuild, and replace machine components
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability
• Work closely with production teams to maximize equipment performance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing multi-craft training to expand your technical skills

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Working knowledge of:- Mechanical systems

  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic systems

• Ability to work any shift based on business needs

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Degree or Certification in:- Industrial Maintenance
