3rd Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule

Schedule

  • 3rd Shift:6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule(built-in overtime opportunities)
  • Training:1st shift for 4–6 months

What You’ll Do

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems including pumps, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and production equipment
  • Complete preventive maintenance using a CMMS system to minimize downtime
  • Install and support new equipment within your skill set
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to solve problems and improve processes
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifts as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience with strong mechanical skills
  • 3+ years of electrical experience
  • Basic PLC knowledge (troubleshooting ladder logic is a plus)
  • Experience working with pumps and industrial systems
  • Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with pipefitting, machining, or metal fabrication
  • Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and pneumatic systems
  • Refrigeration certification

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100+ lbs. with assistance)
  • Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and around industrial equipment
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
  • Work in an industrial environment with proper PPE and safety standards
