Job Description

1. Mechanical

- Replace bearings and grease components

- Rebuild a pump

- Rebuild a valve

- Pull a gearbox and rebuild it

2. Electrical

-Work safely with 480V systems (motor replacement and checking for continuity using a meter)

-Replacing a contactor and sensors

-Read and HMI and can locate on the machine where the problem is

They will have a list of PMs each week and project work they will be assigned. After their morning meeting they will start attacking their PMs
