We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Georgetown, KY, 40324. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical to identify issues.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
