Job Description

We are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians on day shift for manufacturing facilities located in Walton and Florence, KY. These positions involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment and machinery in manufacturing environments.

1st and 3rd shift both available!

Responsibilities for Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Repair and replace motors, sensors, gearboxes, valves, conveyors, pumps, and machine components
• Observe equipment in operation to diagnose problems
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs
• Install and adjust machine parts and attachments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Set up and operate shop equipment such as lathe, drill press, and grinders
• Complete work orders, downtime reports, and maintenance documentation
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow LOTO and safety procedures
• Assist with equipment installations and machinery upgrades
• Order parts and maintain spare parts inventory

Qualifications for Industrial Maintenance Technician

• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working on manufacturing or production equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Experience using maintenance work orders or CMMS systems
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
