Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Fenton and High Ridge MO area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This position is on a Monday - Thursday 4x10 schedule, shift time 4:45 PM - 3:15 AM
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
