Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions before failures occur.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime, participate in an on-call rotation, and obtain required equipment certifications as needed.
