Industrial Maintenance Technician – All Shifts Available

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Candidates with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Install, modify, and maintain machinery and facility equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, robotics, or automation equipment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
