Franklin International – Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, 2nd shift

We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd shift.
Job Duties:
Maintains and repairs all mechanical facilities and physical structures throughout the plant including pumps, boilers, air, water, reactor
Uses hand and power tools in performing tasks
Diagnoses problems, tears down, repairs and re-assembles intricate mechanisms and machines
Installs, adjusts tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies various electrical/mechanical equipment, electrical controls, PLC’s and instrumentation.
Performs repairs on buildings, roofs, structures and furniture
Assists technicians and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required, additional education/certifications preferred
Must be available for possible mandatory overtime and weekend work
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Must have work experience in the following areas and be able to take a test demonstrating proficiency:
Pay
$28.79-$33.80 per hour; plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift
Training hours during 1st shift will not include the shift differential
2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm
