Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility in Clinton, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

This position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades.

• Identify potential equipment issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
