Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chattanooga, TN, 37379. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify issues.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Work on converyors, motors, gear boxes, vision systems and gas burners.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working independently.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
