General Job Description

Maintenance of equipment and facilities. Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment, machines, instruments, and devices of electrical and mechanical components. Diagnosing defects in machinery and equipment, replacement or repairing worn spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production equipment upgrade and modify, repairs and maintenance

  • Assist the engineers to analyze data and documents preparation & archive.

  • Keep records on the spare parts consumption. Routine check facility condition in production, warehouses, and offices

  • Support and repair electrical installations such as lighting and sockets (replacement of worn-out cables, sockets, tube)

  • Maintain electrical installations for ventilation and heating (heating furnace and fans). Supervise and maintain the external lighting.

  • Maintain devices and installations for the emergency light. Installation of distribution board, cabinets, racks, switches, and sockets as well as all types of luminaires, placing the wires or cables in the pipe or on the clips

  • Responsible for troubleshooting for all equipment and facilities

  • Responsible for preventive maintenance Implementation of all equipment and facilities

  • Guide operators to operate machines in right way

  • Identify spare parts

  • Responsible for equipment safety management

  • Comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets

  • Maintain a healthy & safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the workplace

  • Promptly act if emergencies and catastrophe arise according to disaster control plan

Job Requirements

  • High school or above

  • At least 2 years working experiences of electrical safety/mechanical maintenance

  • Deep electrical/mechanical maintenance experience

  • Work independently

  • Knowledge of quality, environment & occupational health, and safety regulations in the workplace

  • Analytical skills of environment and hazard

  • Awareness of emergency action plans and rules
