We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong balance of mechanical and electrical experience to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in problem-solving, and doesn’t mind working overtime when needed to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Diagnose issues with motors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, wiring, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment.

  • Fabricate and assemble parts as needed using hand tools, welders, and machining equipment.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in the CMMS system.

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures; identify and report potential hazards.

  • Work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as production needs require.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.

  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar environment).

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with solid understanding of electrical systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of AC/DC motors, VFDs, and control circuits.

  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS software.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active industrial environment.

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
