Industrial Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of industrial machinery with minimal supervision

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds

• Inspect and repair key components: spindles, ball screws, tool changers, lubrication systems, etc.

• Keep machines safe, accurate, and production-ready—your way, with proven processes

What You Bring

• Hands-on industrial repair experience

• Ability to read prints, schematics, diagnostic screens

• Strong problem-solving with a calm, methodical approach

• Comfort working largely autonomously, making decisions and owning outcomes

• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and doing things right the first time
