Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 2 + Years of Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Processing Equipment Maintenance/Repair experience required
• Mechanical or Electrical Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), Beverage, Brewery, Bottling, Food, or other High Speed Packaging/Manufacturing preferred
• Experience with Pumps, Motor, Gearboxes, Conveyors, Valves, Bearings, or Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems preferred
• Experience with Power Distribution, Motors, Drives, Sensors, or PLCs preferred
• Experience with Keg Washers/Rackers, Boilers, Refrigeration/Glycol, Air Compressors, C02, or Water Treatment Equipment is a plus

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• This role performs mechanical and electrical maintenance on high-speed beverage production and packaging equipment in a food-grade facility
• Duties include troubleshooting breakdowns, completing preventive maintenance, and repairing can lines, fillers, and conveyors
• Additional duties may include maintaining brewing and utility equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, heat exchangers, PLCs, and VFDs
• Supporting steam, glycol, compressed air, CO₂, and water systems, and assists with changeovers, installations, and equipment rebuilds
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
