Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Maintenance Techs in the Shelbyville, Kentucky area.

Maintenance Tech Highlights:

• $29 to $34/hr depending on experience
• Day Shift: 7am-730pm
• Night Shift 7:00pm-7:30am.
• 2-2-3 Schedule (Two days on, Two days off, 3 days on)

Maintenance Tech Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to equipment failures or facility problems in a timely manner and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective action.
• Inspects equipment on the mold, such as waterlines, clamps, etc. For wear and replaces them as necessary

Maintenance Tech Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Maintenance Tech in the plastic industry or injection molding
• Previous experience with large tonnage machines (4000ton)
• Previous experience with two-barrel Italtech machines preferred.

• Basic math skills
• Forklift operations.
• Basic mechanical skills
• General computer skills
• Crane operations
• General maintenance skills
• Problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work at heights.
