Company Information: A locally owned steel manufacturer on the southside of Indianapolis to hire an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work that focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance within an industrial setting.Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:Maintain and repair industrial equipment (cranes, conveyors, saws, automation, and welding equipment)Perform 480V electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs, panels, sensors)Complete mechanical and hydraulic maintenancePerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtimeRead schematics and follow safety and documentation standardsLead a team of 1-2 maintenance technicians, arrange PM's, and diagnostic troubleshooting. Maintenance Supervisor PREFERRED Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or automated production environmentsFamiliarity with PLCs, sensors, and basic controls troubleshootingWelding or fabrication skills.Knowledge of pneumatic systems.Willing to discuss “On Call” rotationMaintenance Technician's Schedule:Monday - Friday6AM - 2:30PMOvertime: Monday - Thursday Until 4:30PMSaturday: 6:00AM - 12:30PM (typically voluntary)Maintenance Supervisor Pay & Benefits:Up to $36/HR (based on experience)Direct Hire-Weekly Pay!Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Supplemental life insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid sick days, Paid holidaysHow to apply: Email your resume to [email protected] or call 317-300-9500 Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.Visit our office in person: 201 S.
