We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. You will oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians while utilizing your extensive troubleshooting skills across various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on industrial automation equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance and inspection schedules to minimize downtime.
• Oversee conveyor systems, motor replacement, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Program and maintain industrial robots for optimal performance.
• Assign daily tasks for staff and monitor projects status.
• Utilize tools such as multimeters, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations within the facility.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience with single and three-phase power systems.
• Familiarity with machine repair and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots, including programming and industrial controls.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experienced welder.
