Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues using testing and measuring tools.
• Repair or replace motors, belts, conveyors, hydraulic presses, and spot welders.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automation equipment.
• Install and run 240V electrical conduit.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime, occasional Saturdays, and respond to emergency call-ins as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate is a plus.
• Must provide your own basic mechanic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
