Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Solve Real Problems: Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery with confidence and skill.
• Prevent Downtime: Perform proactive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Precision Work: Align machines with expert accuracy using advanced tools and techniques.
• Be the Customer Hero: Communicate clearly, work safely, and deliver top-tier service every time.
• Hit the Road: Travel across the Northeast (2–3 nights/week) — new projects, new places, new challenges.

• Comfort with basic computer programs (we’ll train you on the rest).
• Customer service experience — you know how to build trust and deliver value.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
