Job Overview:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid in four $1,000 increments at 90, 180, 270, and 360 days)
  • Schedule: Rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts on a continuous 24/7 schedule
  • Primary Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install industrial machinery and equipment.
    • Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, machinery controls, rigging, and production equipment.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work orders.
    • Maintain and repair building infrastructure and mechanical systems.
    • Use CMMS systems for work orders, spare parts, and maintenance tracking.
    • Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with safety standards.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
  2. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (air lines, solenoids, etc.).
  3. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and system diagrams.
  4. Preventative maintenance and machinery repair experience.
  5. Experience installing, modifying, calibrating, and maintaining industrial equipment.
  6. Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
  7. Ability to pass a written skills test, drug screening, and background check.
  8. Strong independent work ethic with minimal supervision.
  9. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and PPE compliance.
  10. Experience using CMMS/work order systems.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

  • Experience with rigging, machinery installation, and equipment overhauls.
  • Knowledge of industrial building maintenance and infrastructure systems.
  • Experience training or mentoring maintenance personnel.
  • Familiarity with production/manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of applicable industrial/mechanical code requirements.
