**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic **

1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday; OT as needed Fridays

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour BOE

**Introduction: **Express Employment Professionals is hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a well established team in their maintenance department. This is a full-time, hourly position for a candidate with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, especially those with Multicraft experience in Facilities with electrical systems for machine troubleshooting.

Summary of Position/Job:

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all plant equipment and facility systems. This includes CNC machines, hydraulic systems, minor electrical repairs, and fabrication. The role requires a high level of independence, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Repair mechanical and basic electrical equipment.
• Conduct facility repairs and alterations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Fabricate and repair parts for equipment.
• Replace belts, bearings, gears, shafts, and other components.
• Install and relocate equipment as directed.
• Perform minor electrical installations and repairs.
• Support automotive mechanical repairs and service.
• Execute other job-related duties as requested by supervisor or lead person.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing equipment issues.
• Multicraft skills in both mechanical and electrical systems are highly desired.
