Industrial Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Pay: $33–$36/hr total earning with bonus program

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong benefits, competitive compensation, and long-term career stability.

CNC machine maintenance experience is required for this position. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and machine tool equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and industrial machine tools

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, sensors, and control systems

• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors and motor controls

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

• Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and repairs

• Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and major repairs

What We're Looking For

• CNC machine maintenance/troubleshooting experience – REQUIRED

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting background

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems

• PLC troubleshooting experience; Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens preferred

• Experience with VFDs and motor controls

• Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment independently
