Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with strong hydraulic troubleshooting experience who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, motor controls and mechanical systems
• Execute PMs and support breakdown response as needed
• Work closely with senior technicians during onboarding and training
• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the facility using mobile tool carts/golf carts
• Support production uptime through effective troubleshooting and teamwork
• Environment is hot but relatively clean for manufacturing
• No dedicated PM crew — all maintenance personnel assist with both PMs and emergency breakdowns

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience required
• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience is a must
• Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs)
• Must provide your own tools
• Ability to work overtime consistently
• Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment
• Strong commitment to safety and attendance
