Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Highlights:

Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on machines including CNC routers, sanders, saws, conveyors, paint equipment, and additional woodworking tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs and industrial controls
- Install, align, adjust, or relocate machinery as needed for production changes or upgrades.
- Change out equipment parts such as belts, tools, dies, grease machines, and other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates to supervisors and affected staff
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or Journeyman Card preferred; 3-5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience required
- Experience in shop or CNC machine maintenance strongly preferred, woodworking or cabinet manufacturing ins a plus
- Skilled in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine manuals
- Strong understanding of PLC controls, ACDC/Servo drives, motors, and industrial sensors
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting (up to 75lbs) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 120lbs).
- Constant walking, bending, kneeling, and overhead reaching.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and at heights
- Required visual acuity for machinery inspection and fine detail work
Work Environment:
- Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, heat, and humidity.
- Frequent work near moving machinery and airborne particles (e.g. wood dust, solvents).
- Standard PPE and safety procedures required at all times.
