Job description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery within our manufacturing facility!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in a safe and professional manner including following lockout and tagout procedures.

Clean and lubricate production machinery.

Perform PM’s oil change use as per outlined by OEM’s.

Visually inspect the machine’s lubrication systems and make minor repairs as needed.

Perform basic preventive maintenance procedures such as oil changes and filter cleaning.

Clean and lubricate maintenance department machine tools (mills, lathes, etc.)

Assist other mechanics wherever possible.Make mechanical repairs without direct supervision.

Perform preventive maintenance procedures on all types of production equipment.

Assist in the maintenance, repair, and modification of all types of production equipment.

Some troubleshooting is required.

Communicate clearly with other employees daily to share information to ensure that the team meets production goals.
