Industrial Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee installation, repair and preventative maintenance of production equipment for metal stamping, robotic welding and machining operations, including CNC equipment
- Maintain preventative maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff
- Maintain building, including plumbing, HVAC, 3-phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics and tig welding
- Review job orders to determine work priorities
- Maintain a well-documented system of maintenance and repair records
- Maintain corporate matrix related to maintenance and welding
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
- Recommend techniques to improve efficiency and lower expenses
- Order necessary materials and/or equipment needed for the department
- Advise when maintenance and/or repair for buildings and equipment are needed
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Interview, hire and train all maintenance staff

- Must be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations
- Possess the aptitude to undertake administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, etc
- Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes is required
- Working knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing technology is required
- Must be able to work safely and move at a moderate to fast pace across specified terrain for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a routine, daily basis
- Manipulate medium to large objects, materials or tools on a routine basis
- Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly over an extended period of time
- Must have shift and overtime flexibility including some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/Ba in business administration, facility management etc. will be an advantage
