**Company Information: **A manufacturing facility in Indianapolis is hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Junior Technician to their team!

Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $32/hour

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule (24/7, 365 facility-know your schedule for the whole year!)
• 7:00pm-7:00am

Requirements:

• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist senior tech's with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical (480 3 phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment
• Execute routine maintenance during scheduled downtime
• Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system (CMMS)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• self starter, ability to take direction and ownership of tasks
• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Forklift or lift equipment experience preferred
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Industrial environment with noise and non-climate-controlled conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and climb ladders, bend, twist etc.
