Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Industrial Maintenance Electrician **with 8+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience and a strong electrical background.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and light construction throughout the facility.

• Maintain and troubleshoot large compressors, pumps, motors, and rooftop HVAC equipment.

• Install and run conduit up to 3.5", with most work involving 2" and smaller.

• Pull wire and complete in-wall electrical construction projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical prints, and basic wiring diagrams.

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase systems, MCCs, transformers, and control circuits.

• Work independently with limited direction, using the plant layout and equipment knowledge to identify and resolve issues.

• PLC experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience.

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance skills.

• Ability to read electrical prints and follow circuits.

• Experience with conduit installation, wiring, and basic electrical repairs.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
