**Role - **Electrician

**Pay - **$50-55/hr

**Shift - **Rotating

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify existing Siemens S7 PLC logic; experience with multiple PLC platforms is preferred.
• Troubleshoot high-voltage electrical systems, including 480V, 4,160V, 13.5kV, and 345kV distribution systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and commission VFDs from manufacturers such as ABB, Siemens, and WEG.
• Diagnose PLC-to-VFD communication issues, including speed references and feedback signals.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic drawings.
• Perform motor replacements and associated mechanical work independently.
• Support plant commissioning, equipment startup, and unexpected troubleshooting needs.
• Build strong relationships with operators and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience, including systems above 480V.
• Experience with Siemens S7 PLCs and editing existing logic.
• Hands-on experience with VFD setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform both electrical and mechanical equipment repairs.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively with operators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple PLC platforms and VFD manufacturers.
• Background in industrial commissioning, plant startup, or production ramp-up.
• Formal technical training in industrial electricity, electrical controls, or a related field.
