This four-year program combines paid on-the-job training with company-paid college education, allowing you to earn an Associate Degree while gaining valuable hands-on industrial experience.

Program Overview**

4 Years of Structured On-the-Job Training**

Apprentices will receive hands-on training in:

• Industrial electrical systems (including motors and controls)
• PLC fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, conveyors)
• Preventative and predictive maintenance
• Blueprint and schematic reading
• Industrial safety standards

Associate Degree (Company Paid)**

Participants will complete coursework toward an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field at an approved partner institution. Tuition and required education expenses are covered by the company.

Qualifications**

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial maintenance
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship program
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attendance and safety mindset

Technical school coursework or prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
