We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pnuematic systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with gas burners, motors, gearboxes, welding and Fanuc robots.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
