Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE + Profit Sharing

Full-Time

Looking for an experienced, hands-on technician to join our team working on commercial and industrial epoxy flooring and coating projects. If you have experience with concrete prep, coatings, painting, or industrial flooring and take pride in quality work, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic floor coating systems

• Grind, shot blast, and prepare concrete surfaces

• Perform minor concrete repairs and surface restoration

• Mix and apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and other application methods

• Operate grinders, shot blasters, power tools, and surface-prep equipment

• Assist with commercial painting and industrial cleaning projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, commercial painting, concrete restoration, or related experience

• Hands-on surface preparation and power tool experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working overtime, weekends, or off shifts as projects require

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
