The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry to support process improvement, efficiency projects, and productivity initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing operations, reducing waste, improving throughput, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
This role will report to the Director of Engineering.
