Education | - A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited university is required

Experience | - Experience shall include performing complex process analyses to identify and eliminate process waste throughout industrial areas, logistics, and support organizations.
- Developing, designing, reviewing, and implementing effective process enhancement activities positively impacting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Demonstrated experience in a sub-specialty of the industrial engineering discipline such as data analytics, facilities planning and workflow design, operations research, statistical quality control methods, systems analysis/simulation, logistics and supply chain management, human system integration/ergonomics, production/operations processes, and/or general systems engineering and optimization methods.

License, Cert or Registration | - Proof of U.S. citizenship
- This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and subsequent reinvestigations may be required.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities | - Specialized knowledge in one or more of the sub-specialties of the industrial engineering discipline.
- Value stream mapping, the theory of constraints, and lean process principles are highly desired.
