We’re seeking a **Industrial Engineer **to develop and support industrial product packaging for manufacturing and distribution. This role works closely with product engineers, suppliers, and operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective packaging designs.

This position is on-site in Lowell, Arkansas

What you will do

• Design and improve product packaging using CAD (Pro/E preferred)
• Fit designs to customer specifications
• Evaluate and resolve packaging failures; improve strength, cost, and sustainability
• Manage supplier communication, drawings, and procurement for new packaging
• Support quality and safety packaging initiatives
• Maintain DOT, IATA, and ISPM-15 compliance for domestic and international shipments

What you bring

• Bachelor’s inIndustrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering(or equivalent)
• Experience or coursework in manufacturing or packaging design engineering
• CAD design proficiency(Pro/E preferred; CAPE Pack a plus)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of packaging standards, ergonomics, and sustainability practices
