Key Responsibilities
Drive Continuous Improvement methods to achieve breakthrough improvements in Logistics performance metrics.
Understand data trends and drive quantified results by designing and deploying analytical systems and processes.
Drive optimization of the Value Stream from a wholistic view by eliminating waste and making flow improvements across / within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/ or service product operations.
Performs evaluation of internal process controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation.
Perform Engineering analysis including process design, time and motion study, and recommend manufacturing line improvements.
Assist in the implementation of these projects into business with quality tools, supporting processes and ongoing measures for success.
Develop and implement manufacturing facility design of plant layout, material handling systems, material staging and warehousing as desired.
Work closely with automation, industrial and Operational excellence team to implement changes in warehouse layout and optimize layout for better productivity.
Develop & optimize the layout of facility, machinery, and other equipment using CAD & simulation tools.
Utilize six sigma tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, fish-bone diagrams, A3, and other lean tools for root cause analysis.
Drive continuous improvement projects in the Logistics Business unit with the objective of minimizing cycle time and cost reduction without compromising safety and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis, devise Poka-Yoke solutions, implemented Kanban cards on workstations and logistics processes.
Implement Lean and CI best practices throughout the facility.
Calculate and maintain capacity data for materials processing, people, space, and equipment associated with production.
Analyze and perform time & motion studies for logistics inbound and outbound operations and other facility operations.
Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

$110,500.00 - $152,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
